ANNEX 1 – ADDITIONAL TERMS APPLICABLE TO THE EXTENDED SERVICES

Extended Search-Points of Interest Details API and Points of Interest Photos API

With respect to the above Extended Services, the following applies:

i) You shall attribute all Results delivered by the Extended Search-Points of Interest Details API and Points of

Interest Photos API as being ‘powered by Foursquare’.

ii) You shall not use any Results delivered by the Extended Search-Points of Interest Details API and Points of Interest Photos API to create, improve, or edit a venue or point of interest database.

iii) You shall not cache any Results delivered by the Extended Search-Points of Interest Details API and Points of Interest Photos API for more than 30 days.

iv) You shall not use the Extended Search-Points of Interest Details API and Points of Interest Photos API to create or develop any Ad-Targeting Product or Ad-Effectiveness Product. “Ad-Targeting Product or Ad-Effectiveness Product” for these purposes shall mean: (a) any digital advertising solution that targets end users and audience segments based on visitation to points of interest; (b) any attribution product that measures the impact of mobile and out-of-home advertising on point of interest visits, or (c) any analytics or research product that enable advertisers and agencies to better understand foot traffic patterns.

v) You shall include the above terms as part of the End User License Agreement which you must ensure an End User accepts prior to use of your Permitted Application.
